SaKredJoi Art workshops and creative experiences are intentionally prepared with materials, supplies, instruction, and a seat at the table reserved especially for you. Because preparation begins before we gather, the following policies apply to registrations made directly through SaKredJoi Art.

Registration

• Your registration is confirmed when payment is received. Please review the date, time, location, and event details carefully before registering.

Need to Cancel?

Life happens. If you're unable to attend, here's how your registration works:

• 7 days or more before your class or workshop: You may receive a 100% class credit toward a future publicly offered SaKredJoi Art class or workshop, subject to availability or transfer your seat to another person.
•  Less than 7 days before your class or workshop: Class credit is no longer available, but you may transfer your seat to another person.
• No-shows: If you do not attend and have not transferred your seat before the event, your registration is forfeited. No class credit or refund will be issued.
• Class credits expire 6 months from the date of the originally scheduled class and have no cash value.
• To request a credit or let us know that someone else will be attending in your place, contact patricia@sakredjoiart.com.

If SaKredJoi Art Cancels

• If SaKredJoi Art cancels a class or workshop, you may choose between a full refund of your registration fee or 100% % class credit toward a future publicly offered SaKredJoi Art class or workshop, subject to availability.
• SaKredJoi Art is not responsible for separate expenses associated with attending an event, including transportation, lodging, childcare, or other personal expenses.

Weather + Unexpected Circumstances

• Severe weather, venue closures, emergencies, illness, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require a class to be rescheduled, relocated, moved online when appropriate, or canceled.
• Registered participants will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible with available options.

Classes Hosted by Another Venue

SaKredJoi Art teaches at galleries, shops, gardens, community spaces, churches, organizations, and other partner locations.

If registration and payment are handled by the hosting venue rather than directly through SaKredJoi Art, the host's registration, cancellation, refund, and transfer policies apply.

Please review the policies provided by the venue when registering.

Private + Hosted Creative Experiences

Private groups, churches, businesses, nonprofits, retreats, conferences, and other organizations may book SaKredJoi Art creative experiences.

Private bookings may have their own written agreement covering the date, location, participant count, payment schedule, deposits, materials, travel, setup and cleanup, cancellations, rescheduling, and other details specific to the experience.

When a separate proposal, invoice, or booking agreement is provided, the terms of that agreement apply to the private booking.

Participant Count

For private and hosted experiences, materials and preparation are based on the confirmed participant count.

Hosts are responsible for providing a final participant count by the deadline stated in their booking agreement. Additional participants may not be accommodated without advance approval and may require an additional fee.

Online Workshops + Classes

Online experiences require participants to have suitable internet access and a device capable of accessing the platform being used.

If a recording is included, the event or product description will state how long it will remain available.

When an experience is identified as live only, a recording is not guaranteed or provided.

Access links, passwords, recordings, handouts, and other class resources are for registered participants only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Materials + Finished Work

Materials included with an experience will be identified in the class description or booking agreement.

Participants may occasionally be invited to bring photographs, papers, ephemera, tools, or other personal materials. Please use copies rather than irreplaceable originals whenever possible. SaKredJoi Art cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal materials brought to an experience.

Examples and instructor samples are provided for inspiration and instruction. Because this is creative work, every participant's finished piece will be different.

That's part of the beauty of making something of your own.

Workshop Participation

Participants voluntarily take part in SaKredJoi Art classes, workshops, and creative experiences.

Art-making may involve the use of scissors, cutting tools, adhesives, inks, paints, mixed-media materials, and other supplies that require reasonable care and attention.

Participants are responsible for using materials, tools, and equipment safely and according to any instructions provided during the experience.

By participating, attendees acknowledge that creative activities involve inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for their own participation.

Photography + Recording

Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during SaKredJoi Art experiences to document the creative process and share the life of the studio.

Participants will be informed when photography or video recording is taking place whenever reasonably possible. Individuals who prefer not to appear in photographs or promotional materials may notify SaKredJoi Art before or during the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate those preferences.

Participants are welcome to photograph their own work unless otherwise stated.

Recording full demonstrations, instructional portions of a class, or other participants without permission is not allowed.

Respecting the Creative Space

SaKredJoi Art experiences are created to make room for art, connection, conversation, curiosity, and joy.

Participants are expected to respect one another, the instructor, the venue, the materials, and personal stories shared within the gathering.

Unsafe, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or intentionally disruptive behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund or credit.

SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY

Because SaKredJoi Art offers handmade and small-batch physical goods alongside digital products, policies vary depending on what you purchase.

Handmade + Physical Items

Physical artwork, greeting cards, journals, paper goods, art prints, creative materials, and other studio products are prepared with care and inspected before leaving the studio.

Because much of the work is handmade, original, or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, placement, edges, printing, and other details may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Processing + Shipping

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Preorders, made-to-order pieces, custom work, limited releases, and other special offerings may have different processing or shipping timelines. When they do, the timeline stated in the product description applies.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships.

At this time, SaKredJoi Art ships physical products within the United States only.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact SaKredJoi Art as quickly as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

If a package is returned because an address provided by the customer was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by that carrier.

If tracking shows your package is still in transit, please allow the carrier reasonable time to complete delivery.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check your mailbox or parcel area, household members, neighbors, alternate entrances, and the delivery carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact SaKredJoi Art and we'll help determine the appropriate next step.

A carrier's delivery confirmation does not guarantee that SaKredJoi Art can replace or refund a package that is subsequently lost or stolen.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing something from your order, contact patricia@sakredjoiart.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable

Depending on the item, circumstances, and availability, SaKredJoi Art may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Please keep damaged items and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Returns + Exchanges

Because SaKredJoi Art's physical work is handmade, original, or produced in small batches, physical product sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, preference, or other reasons unrelated to damage or an error by SaKredJoi Art.

Please review product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and other information carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

For that reason, digital product sales are final.

Please download and save purchased files when instructed.

CREATIVE TERMS

SaKredJoi Art is built around original creative work. These Creative Terms protect the artwork, ideas, teaching materials, and other creative content produced within the studio while making it clear what you're welcome to do with something you've purchased.

Original + Handmade Work

SaKredJoi Art creates original artwork and handmade or small-batch paper goods.

Natural variations in color, texture, collage placement, painting, stitching, printing, paper, edges, and other handmade details are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

An original artwork is one of a kind unless specifically stated otherwise.

Ownership of Artwork

When you purchase original artwork, an art print, greeting card, journal, or other physical product, you are purchasing the physical item.

Copyright and reproduction rights to the underlying artwork remain with SaKredJoi Art and the artist unless those rights are specifically transferred through a separate written licensing agreement.

Purchasing a physical piece does not transfer copyright.

Artwork + Creative Content

Unless otherwise stated, SaKredJoi Art's original artwork, illustrations, photographs, writing, graphics, product designs, digital files, website content, class materials, demonstrations, handouts, instructional resources, videos, workshop concepts, and other original creative content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, resold, uploaded, commercially manufactured, or presented as someone else's work without written permission.

Personal Use

Purchases are for personal use unless a product or written agreement specifically provides different licensing rights.

Digital Materials + Classes
