Hi, I'm Patricia Efunsade

Artist + Storyteller

I am the artist behind SaKredJoi Art, a paper-based studio rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and the quiet power of making by hand. SaKredJoi Art produces small-batch, handmade greeting cards and paper goods for boutiques, galleries, and curated retail spaces seeking work that blends elevated craftsmanship with soulful storytelling.

Guided by a lifelong love of paper and shaped by seasons of grief, healing, and devotion to slow work, I create handmade greeting cards and mixed media paper art that honor both the ordinary and the sacred. Each piece is cut by hand, layered with color and texture, and produced in small batches with care and intention.

Since 2019, I have created and sold thousands of handmade cards, producing over 500 pieces each year and stocking my work in select boutiques across Oklahoma and North Carolina. My story is featured in The Artist’s Side Hustle: Grow Your Creative Business in Just 5 Hours a Week (p.216), written by illustrator and Gingiber founder Stacie Bloomfield, and my story and art are featured in an in-depth artist interview with CanvasRebel.

At the heart of SaKredJoi Art is a belief that paper can hold memory, emotion, and meaning. That art can be both beautiful and useful. That joy, truth, and care belong in everyday moments.

I’m so glad you’re here.

What People Are Saying...

"Patricia has a remarkable creative gift, especially in her work with paper art. One of her collage art pieces was gifted to our president upon his retirement, and it was truly meaningful and beautifully crafted. Beyond her artistic talent, Patricia brings intention and care to everything she creates. She was always generous with her time, willing to teach, and ready to support others through her creative work."

About the Studio

A Practice Rooted in Care and Intention

SaKredJoi Art is an independent paper studio where work is created slowly and released with intention. Each piece begins by hand in the studio, shaped through layering, color, and texture, and finished with care.

I release work in small, intentional seasons throughout the year. Each collection is curated and time-bound, allowing the work to be received slowly and placed thoughtfully. This rhythm honors both the creative process and the experience of collecting.

The studio moves at a human pace. Pieces are not mass-produced or rushed. They are made to be lived with, returned to, and held over time.

Whether a piece is sent, displayed, or kept close, my hope is that it carries presence, meaning, and a sense of quiet joy into everyday life.
