Meet Patricia Efunsade

Mixed-Media Paper Artist, Teacher + Joy Scatterer

Hi, I'm Patricia Efunsade (Eh-foon-shah-deh), founder of SaKredJoi Art.

I've always been drawn to paper, stories, and the beauty found in ordinary things. Through handmade artwork, greeting cards, journals, workshops, and creative experiences, I help people connect, create, reflect, and share joy.

For nearly four decades, I've worked as an executive assistant, where I learned that listening matters, details tell stories, and bringing order to many moving parts is a creative act in its own right. Those lessons continue to shape both my art and the way I teach.

I believe creativity isn't reserved for artists. It's a way of paying attention, exploring possibilities, and making room for connection.

Through The Art Room, I invite people to leave perfection at the door and rediscover the simple joy of making something with their own hands.

My work is inspired by faith, shaped by life's experiences, and fueled by an ever-growing collection of paper scraps that always seem too beautiful to throw away.

My hope is simple: that every card, journal, art print, workshop, and creative experience leaves people feeling a little more connected, inspired, and joyful than before.

The Story Behind SaKredJoi Art

SaKredJoi Art began with love.

What started as a way to honor my oldest sister's life and legacy slowly grew into something much bigger than I imagined. It became a way to hold memories, navigate grief, celebrate joy, and give shape to the stories that are sometimes difficult to put into words.

Paper became my companion along the way. What looked like scraps, layers, and bits of color often became healing, remembering, and meaning-making. Somewhere in the process, I discovered that paper is capable of carrying far more than ink and glue. It can carry hope, memory, encouragement, and connection.

Today, every card, journal, collage, art print, workshop, and creative experience is rooted in that understanding. Whether I'm creating in the studio or gathering people around a table, my goal is the same: to help people feel seen, encouraged, connected, and reminded that their stories matter.

My hope is that you leave with something beautiful in your hands, a little more joy in your heart, and perhaps a newfound appreciation for the magic hidden in paper, scissors, and a good glue stick.

Welcome to SaKredJoi Art.

Pull up a chair.

There's always room at the table where we scatter joy like confetti. 💛
