Shipping and Returns

Because SaKredJoi Art offers handmade physical goods and digital products, our policies differ slightly by product type. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.

Handmade Physical Items

All physical items are created by hand or produced in small batches with care and intention. Each piece is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged before it leaves the studio.

Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
• At this time, SaKredJoi Art ships only within the United States.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SākredJoi Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• a clear photo of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Returns

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our work, all physical items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or error on our part.

Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable files, classes, workshops, or other digital content.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Please download and save your files promptly.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you experience trouble accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of physical items.
